Always in search of ancient recipes and driven by love for good things, we propose, as always, our line of fresh vegetable pies.

Our recipe is simple: a hand-rolled puff pastry, enclosing filling of selected vegetables that are cooked to raw, keeping intact the taste and organoleptic qualities.

The queens are the “Torta d’erbi” and “Scarpassa” today, with the convenient tray in atm, we can extend shelf life and easy deployment.

How to cook

You can taste at room temperature or reheat in oven.
